Price offers many Registers, Grilles, and Diffusers that will be MRI space compatible. These minor differences will avoid ferromagnetic parts in these products specifically designed for MRI Suites.
In some cases, there are hardware parts, such as screws or plugs, that are changed to plastic, aluminum, or brass. In other cases welding is used in place of other assembly methods. For products offering type ‘A’ mounting, special aluminum screws are being supplied. Accessories made with ferromagnetic parts are also not offered for these applications.
By adding the MRI option to All-In-One, the accessories and mounting types are automatically restricted, and the need to avoid ferromagnetic parts is clearly communicated to the factory.
